Easily still the best pizza I ever had anywhere. Sure, it is a bit pricey but the quality makes the price so worth it. There is a reason this place is often packed and the pizza is outright addictive! I grew up on Happy Joes and it is fun to see my kids love going here like I did as a kid...and nothing changed! Glad they never fixed what always worked. Looking forward to going there for my birthday.
Happy Joe's is hands downy favourite pizza from anywhere! This locations great for families, it has a window so kids can see them making the pizza and some amusements.
The pizzas are magnificent, try some of the pizzas you don't see often elsewhere. My personal favourite is the chicken Alfredo pizza.
There's also an ice cream bar on-site for a tasty sweet desert.
Great place for the family to dine and have fun. Great pizza. I recommend the BLT, Taco, and Sausage.Cheap games with prizes. Exciting place to celebrate your birthday. They honk an old fashioned horn to get everyone's attention in the place to sing Happy Birthday to you. Free sundae on your birthday. They have candy and ice cream too!
Still the same great experience as when I took my kids there 30 years ago. Not we are taking the grandchildren. It's nice to see that not everything has changed. Love it!
This is my personal favorite pizza. Has been for probably 30 years. I particularly like the garden with black olives (basically a supreme) or the Mexican pizzas aren't bad either. The place can be a bit dark or loud so you may want to sit up front if you want it brighter, but they do birthday celebrations so if you want a quiet dinner, best to order a pickup and take it home. They've won quite a few awards and display them proudly on their walls, so I'm not the only one that thinks they're really good.
So to describe the pizza, it's kind of a thicker crust, but the bottom is crispy like a cracker. The sauce is a bit plainer then a sweeter sauce like Papa John's but it lets whatever is on top shine. The cheese is thick enough that it will stretch when you take a slice but it isn't drowning in it either. I haven't had any issues with them using toppings that are past their prime or under ripe either.
