“My girlfriend and I were in town for one night and so glad we picked this spot. The food and service is excellent, and the cocktails are delicious! We sat at the bar while waiting for our table to get ready and the bartender Rob served us drinks. He was so nice and so good we decided to just stay at the bar for the evening and have our food there! What an excellent decision that was. Rob chatted with us all night and was both our server and bartender! If I’m ever near Dubuque again I am definitely coming back here!”

“My husband and I had dinner here tonight. The live music was a nice touch while waiting for our meal. We love the patio atmosphere along the Mississippi. My husband ordered medallions for dinner and they came out well done when they were suppose to be medium rare. Our server was very apologetic and stated he would get the manager. Manager came out and was also very apologetic for the steak being over cooked. They discounted our bill and we genuinely feel like they wanted us to have a good experience and felt bad the food wasn't as ordered. I give them 5 stars because they earned it. Grilled Salmon and garlic green beans are the best I have ever had!”

But the last time I went there, I ordered a certain kind of burrito and the lady on the drive-thru speaker asked me if I wanted the meal. I said no, just the burrito. She asked me again if I wanted the meal and I repeated again that I just wanted the burrito. When I pulled up to the window she asked me if I was okay and proceeded further to ask me if I was on drugs. I was like no????? She gave me a look of disgust and gave me my food. Not sure what brought that on. Again it's a one-time complaint, never had a problem before. Food is always great.”
