    Mornings are not my jam. Not even close. On a long drive in the morning, I needed to grab a quick breakfast and Hardee's in Ellsworth was a pleasant surprise to my rainy morning because Kevin was incredibly helpful, answering the 20 questions I had, and provided accommodations without any fuss at all, and my loaded omelet biscuit with gravy hit the spot! I appreciate when someone provides excellent customer service and makes your day a bit easier.

    Crew needs better help and leaders. Do the best they can. Always busy when I come in, and dealing with impatient customers

    The food was delicious! The employees here do the best they can despite rude truck drivers who yell and whistle from the counter to get the attention of them. I thought the employees were very patient and professional despite their poor treatment. Great job! I sure as hell would not put up with that crap!
