    I'm not going to lie, my expectations for this place were very low. However, I was quite pleasantly surprised.

    My family was there for a special meal after a funeral. They managed to serve a large group of about 40-50 of us quite efficiently. They were friendly and gladly accommodated my wife's special dietary needs without skipping a beat.

    The food was delicious too. The fried chicken was crispy and flavorful. The roast beef was moist and tender.

    I don't know when/if I will find myself back in Dunlap, but if I do I will gladly return to the Gold Slipper.

    Food was excellent. Staff was polite and prompt. Much of our order was homemade pan or hand battered. Definitely going back.

    Food was hot and tasty. Prime Rib was vey good. A little over done even when I ordered it med rare. That's why 4 stars not 5
