McDonald's

Busy lunch hour. One person running one register and he must have been new! He asked us if the previous customer had paid! How would we know! He took off to find her. She came back and swiped her card again but who knows...it may have gone through the first time. We left and went to Arby's.

Pretty normal McDonalds.

I order my food, they give me my food, and I eat it. The store is typically clean, and the restrooms are often clean too! That's good.

When you are there late, the employees will say that items aren't available despite the fact that you were just able to order them on the screen. They will then 'help' you remove them from your order, and also change your order from eat in to take out, without you asking them too. I don't like that they are trying to get me out of there, despite having a lobby that is open 24 hours.

Food was done correct but not the freshest and the fries as always less than it should be for the size paid. They do have a 19 year old kid whom has his heart in the right place to satisfy customer service but lacks proper interaction with the team members when their is issues.
