I'm glad we ordered to Platter because neither of us could decide what we wanted. The sides were all wonderful, crisp coleslaw, not too much mustard in the potatoe salad, very cheesey and interesting mac and cheese but the baked beans!!! *muah* (chefs kiss) I loved the beans, i could taste the sweet peppers and the smoke, delicious! The brisket was definitely the star of dinner. Seasoned perfectly and juicy! I'm leaving 4 stars because the pulled pork was on the salty side for both of us (and usually he likes salt) and the ribs were very dry and very fatty (how does that even happen???) When it's all said and done we will definitely be going back and maybe someday I'll give the ribs another shot but for the foreseeable future the Brisket and the Beans will be favorites in this house!

Bad Ash BBQ, we love your offerings! The brisket is so tender, the seasoning on-point, and the pork and ribs delicious! The baked beans are some of the best we’ve ever had!! We told our kids how great it is and this is a picture of the homemade gift certificate our daughter made us for Christmas! 😂 Can’t wait to use it!

I’m a pulled pork snob- it’s actually my favorite meal in the world. This is the best I’ve had that I’ve purchased anywhere else on Earth. Very nearly as good as if not better than making my own because NO MESS! My husband and I are planning to be regular customers. Thank you!

Delicious! The brisket is perfectly cooked, flavorful, juicy, and melts in your mouth. The pulled pork is moist and tasty. Ribs also-cooked to perfection! Owner James knows his smoker and products well. He is responsive to questions and to make suggestions. Highly recommend!
