    Question: Why do you not do phone calls after 3? We had to be somewhere and wanted to quickly get our food and go. When we called, we were denied service. So we went through the drive through and held up people behind us while they rushed our order. Our server also forgot ketchup for our fries, saying we should have asked...? Why didnt she ask us? In conclusion, this was an inconvenience.

    One of the slowest "fast" food locations ever. If they are busy, be prepared to wait 20 minutes for your food. This happens when they aren’t busy too though. They’ve gotten my order wrong several times as well. Nice if you’re in Solon and craving ice cream, but otherwise disappointing.

    Food is pretty good. Ice cream is great. Gotta get a misty freeze when you go.
