Mosley's Barbecue and Provisions

Great indoor/outdoor settings. Food is delicious with great microbrews. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Collard greens and sweet potato dishes were unique. Barbeque meat is fantastic. Would return more often if we lived nearby.

You want BBQ, then welcome to Mosley’s. A dive on the inside...but the Q is strong with this one ;)

I ordered the Picnic (sampling of ribs, pulled pork, and pulled chicken), collard greens, and slaw. I was initially sad they didn’t have my fave (brisket), but I rolled with it anyway.

I normally avoid pulled pork because most places (even the best Q in TX and KC) tend to dry out the meat, but Mosley’s figured it out and served some juicy, tasty meat. Same goes for the pulled chicken...normally I skip right past that but Mosley’s got that right as well. The collard greens with a shot of vinegar were also excellent...crunchy but still cooked through.

Ribs and slaw...both pedestrian. But with solid showings with pork / chicken / greens I’m willing to overlook average and go with a 5 star rating!

Great food and drinks. Drinks @ bogo for $.01. Shut up and take my money. Service was great for as busy as it was. Next time I'm in town I'll be stopping here again.
