    First time trying Royceann soul food and my experience was ok. The customer service wasn’t bad. I order catfish nuggets and tried the Mac-n-cheese, cabbage, collard greens and yams. I have to be honest it took 20mins to receive my food after ordering it fish only takes 7min to fry and everything else was already on the hot plate bar so I was a little annoyed with how long it took to get my food. Also, the server didn’t wash her hands before fixing my food. The food was high in sodium and I couldn’t eat it. I asked for extra crispy fish but it was fried hard instead. To be honest the place is clean but the food wasn’t what I expected and I hated that. Was really excited to try. Don’t know if I would try again maybe I caught them on a bad day…

    I have just eaten my dinner cooked up by Roycenne and I am stuffed and happy! Service was polite and the 4 stars are not a reflection of a negative experience--only that good food cooked fresh takes a while.
