Whoa! Passing through and my husband found this GEM!! The website is a bit tough to navigate, but do not let that deter you! Even if you are not keto, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful! Let me HIGHLY recommend the Mac N Cheese!! That cheese sauce is AMAZING and creamy and rich! Will be back as often as my trips passing through Iowa City allow!

I work for a keto food blog and have a lot of familiarity with keto foods. I ordered the fat bombs to try which are a combination of chocolate and sunflower butter. They were creamy and smooth with a subtle nutty flavor that paired great with the chocolate. I was also able to meet a manager there as well as the creator of their fat bombs. Both of them were so kind and even gave me an in-depth explanation of why they choose the ingredients they did, and their promise to quality. I love seeing businesses who are so passionate about their craft and so kind to customers. I will definitely be back again to try a meal when they have their grand opening this month.

Great service and amazing food. I honestly feel this will be my new favorite spot to eat. I 100% recommend if you love healthy foods that taste good.

I recently grabbed dinner for my family and was surprised at the large variety they had to offer - the cauliflower risotto tasted amazing and I really couldn't believe all the desserts were Keto!! would 100 percent recommend to those wanting to try something new or trying to eat clean and healthy!

Trying Keto for the first time, wasn’t really sure what to expect. I ordered the nachos and they tasted pretty similar to what I’m used to which is really impressive. The delivery did take a little longer than expected but the food definitely made up for it ! 10/10 recommend and will be coming back!
