“I only wish I had tried this place sooner. The strip mall location does not at all match the inside ambiance (nor the delicious menu). It's an intimate setting, with the chef himself greeting you, taking your order, and serving each mouth-watering course. I've lived in the area for almost 10 years and have some places I like around town for special occasions, but none of them compare, not even close. Don't let the outside fool you--what you'll find inside is so worth it. The menu changes weekly, so you'll be able to try something new each time you visit. Of course it is pricey but not out of line for a 4 course meal for a special occasion, and it's priced similar to places like Joseph's, Orchard Green, One Twenty Six, etc. However, the food is more interesting and you'll be served by the chef himself!”

“I’ve ordered delivery & carry-out from the Coralville Papa Johns nearly a dozen times over the past month. This, after a 2+ year hiatus with the pizza chain. Out of the 10-12x I’ve ordered in/carried out pizza in the past month, only once was my order incorrect (this was remedied by the delivery driver within 5 minutes). I live approximately 20 minutes from the storefront in North Liberty & the pizza has been not only delicious every time, but fresh & hot as well.”

The food and drink specials are well worth coming in when they're available, owing in part to a solid beer selection and wide choice of options to some of the menu items. “Excellent food. The wait staff would make sure my glass was continuously full. Taco salad was very filling, I had the beef. The seasoned sauce on the side was a little tangy and mild in heat. The wings we had were labeled hot and very bearable. I would actually rate them medium at best. Look at the chairs and you will notice names of coaches. I would love to go back and and hear some of the stories. Anyone that is a Hawkeye fan this place is a must.”
