    The food was good and the service is pretty fast but they have rude waitresses. They got an attitude and rolled their eyes at me and my friends multiple times while ordering. Wouldn't recommend sit down service but their delivery is okay.

    Spencer was the BEST waiter(Ft. Madison) he was funny and explained the menu/ specials when we had questions. We would go back for the service alone. But the food was hot/good and came out in a timely manner. My only complaint is that we ordered appetizers and we hardly got started and the pizza came. It's not just this Pizza Hut that does that. And it's a little irritating youd like to enjoy the appetizer before main meal is at your table.

    I have been using this pizza hut for a few years now, I mainly get delivery. My order is always right, quickly delivered and the delivery drivers are always super nice! Once they didn't have the drink I ordered online, and the delivery driver even went the extra mile and went to the store and got me the drink I ordered! Love this place!

    I have also dined in on occasion and they are always very nice and buffee is great.
