1st Ave draght house

I was in this place around New Years and it was great and I knew it would be the moment I entered. 4 weeks later that all changed, not so great, and barely any customers at all. I don't think the owner really knows what she is doing cause of what they did to their menu. They still have a pretty good beer selection though.

We ate here because we had a groupon. The Reuben sandwich is a large portion and really good. The hamburger on Texas toast was a bit too buttery for me but that's my fault for ordered Texas toast. Beer was good and our server had good suggestions and let us sample a few we hadn't tried before. It was pretty empty at 4pm on a Saturday but we would come back again.

Iv always had a good time here. Been here about 10 times and always got good food/service. Though Iv never been here late at night or on the weekend. Hard to overlook the other reviews. But never had or seem anything like this. Hope it stays that way.

Love this place! Excellent food both times we have gone here. They have an excellent Bacon Truffle Mac that you can enjoy as either and entre or as an appetizer. Since this is so this and filling I am able to just get the appetizer size with a bowl of soup and it completely fills me up.

We have had the French Onion soup which was great and the my boyfriend had the French dip sandwich which he loved as well.

Elegant little place to eat without the super expensive price tag.

I had a great lunch experience here. Awesome food, the server was very friendly and told us about all the "new stuff" they had like self service beer. It's a new place, so some formality needs to be established, but awesome food.
