    This was my first time here and I liked all but the regular potato salad...It has no flavor.Service was great and quick.

    Billy Sims is a nice restaurant with friendly workers. Very clean and reasonably priced. The food is very good. The brisket is tasty and lean so little fat. The baked potatoes are HUGE! It’s like two meals.

    Was disappointed this time. TOO MUCH FAT on my pulled pork. By the time I got the gobs of fat off the bun ,I hardly had any meat. My husband's was the same only he was nice about it and ate it. The potato salad had under cooked potatoes in it. We usually look forward to coming to Billy Sims. We will probably try it one more time and if we have the same experience,we won't be back. Sorry to be so negative but when I pay $8 for a sandwich I want to enjoy it.

    Awesome beef brisket! Rustic seating a little more upscale than your average fast food joint. Our new favorite barbecue restaurant when we want something simple. The chocolate mousse stacker was one of the best new deserts EVER!
