Cobble Hill Restaurant

This was a very enjoyable dining experience, everything was great, and the staff plus atmosphere was perfect. The food was outstanding. New York, Chicago, look out, now we don’t have to go as far to have 5 star dinning at it’s finest closer for less.

The ambience was cool and quirky (think mismatched plates, chalkboard wall pig drawing) while still feeling upscale. Our waiter was attentive even as we were the indecisive table that required three check ins before we were ready to order drinks. When he was gone for awhile, a woman from the bar stepped in, checked on us, and handled our drinks. So in other words, the service was top-notch.

Amazing Food. Amazing Service. Environment is nice. but I know I'm being picky when I say this, the lighting wasn't awesome. Different color temperatures, and a couple of bulbs missing. But I'm reaching right now.

Overall, it's a high quality place to eat when you want to celebrate life, a birthday, or have an excuse for a fancy cocktail. They have truly helped elevate the restaurant game in CR.

Atmosphere is terrific. Good place for drinks and friends. Excellent drinks menu. Food menu is somewhat limited but unique and very good. Located in hub of CR downtown....near Paramount Theater.

Cobble Hill Restaurant is the best dining experience in the Cedar Rapids area. The staff offers gracious and warm hospitality as they greet you at the door. There is a lovely "living room" feel as you first enter the Restaurant where you can enjoy a mixed drink prepared by well trained mixologists. Some of the most interesting drinks ever such as the Corn Jack--a seasonal drink when the Iowa sweet corn is at the height of readiness. The main course has a variety of options, usually beef, pork, fish or vegetarian options. The service staff are all very professional, attentive, friendly and helpful.
