We are from Wisconsin (aka Culver's county) so it was great to see one here. I was a little confused when I didn't see the cheddar butter burger on the drive thru menu but I tried to order it anyway. Instead they ring up a hamburger. At that point I said with cheese and they changed it to a cheese burger. Not sure if they have cheddar here but it was late and I was tired so I just went with it. We ordered 2 basket (cheese burger and deluxe burger). When they asked anything else we said and cheese curds. Well I didn't check the screen but when we got our food we only had one order of fries and the order of cheese curds. Again it was late and I was tired. The food was done very fast (we got it at the window, no waiting with the number). Food we got was fine.

Food is tasty. Sunday's seem busier than usual and the staff comes off as awkward at times. I went in recently and nobody greeted me. They just stared and watched me approach them. I said "Awkward!" And they scattered. It was pretty amusing. Only Sunday afternoon! Maybe they were waiting for a rush or something. I had to greet them. The cashier's are very pleasant in courteous. She had a good laugh. Staff is friendly more often than not so don't worry about that. You will be well taken care of.
Wait times can be faster. I guess that's the appeal. Drive-thru service is faster than inside. Great experience overall ????

Love the burgers here! This is always been my favorite Culver's location as I grew up here in cedar rapids, and will always return to this location anytime I visit cedar rapids. Extremely friendly staff and a good variety of dessert.
