I had the shredded chicken taco salad and it was amazing! The guacamole is the best I've ever had. The scorpion challege (a shot with a scorpion in the bottom) seems really cool. If you do it you get to sign the wall of fame. My waiter was fabulous and I will definitely be coming back.

Don't be fooled or discouraged when you pull up to this place!!! The food here is VERY good.

I'm not sure what other people like, but I'm from Wyoming, and my VERY MOST favorite Mexican Food is "The Armadillo". This is a close second!!!

We liked it so well, we even bought a 32oz container of salsa to take with us.

The staff was also kind and attentive.

Excellent restaurant. Good food, good service. Only problem I have is that it's a loud environment. I don't like the noise. I understand the concept, people won't stay long. They eat & leave, making room for more patrons, but I prefer to hear the people I'm sitting with. Very difficult to enjoy a conversation during my meal.

Based on reviews here, we gave this restaurant a try ... and it is now our new go-to place. Salsa had nice sized chunks of tomato and onion with a chili powder flavor. We tried the Shrimp Cocktail based on reviews here and it was unlike anything I've ever had. It is huge, fresh and citrusy ... I brought half of it home for tomorrow. I ordered Chicken Fajitas without peppers, cheese or sour cream, and the order was perfect. Can't wait to go back and try the weekend breakfast.

It's rather unassuming on the outside, but who needs that. Food is delicious. I tried the most random sounding thing to me (a fried pork belly dish) and it wasn't exactly what I was expecting but very tasty. We went for dinner on a Saturday evening but only had to wait about 10 minutes before service. And as others have mentioned, the salsa is great. I'd love to come back and try something else that's new to me.
