Granite City Food & Brewery

This weekend my husband and I went to dinner and were pleasantly surprised with our experience. I am dairy free and when I asked the waitress if there was a diary-free menu, she reached out to the manager. The chef personally came to our table and reviewed the menu with me to help me find options to eat and gave suggestions on substitutes as well. Great customer service! Our food was delicious as well.

Olivia and Anna served me tonight at the bar and were really awesome and attentive. They knew a lot about the drinks and seemed very efficient! I recommend to anyone traveling or in need of a good food and drinks!

We've been going to GC since it started years ago. I'm a long time member of the Mug Club. We both enjoy the food, the beer and the atmosphere. Today I was checking all my documents for our vacation and I couldn't find my major credit card anywhere! GC was one of the places I called and Mark the GM told me he had my card in his office. What a relief!

I'd like to thank our server Elizabeth for handing in my card when she found it on the table. There would have been no time to get a replacement before we left for our vacation. Thank you so much.

Our waiter, Don, was amazing. He was extremely friendly and attentive - making us forget about the long wait almost immediately. He anticipated our every need, refilling drinks before we finished our last one - we never had to look for him or ask him for anything. He was always there with what we needed before we could even ask for it. Everything was prompt and taken care of. He was one of the best waiters we have ever had. The food was excellent as well - highly recommend! And ask for Don if he's working! He goes above and beyond with a smile on his face.
