    Love these Mom and Pop Restaurants. Had a home cooked meal of homemade Salisbury Steak with mashed potatoes and beef gravy. Tasted pretty dam good. I will definitely be paying this place a lot of future visits. They are pretty known for their tenderloin steaks on this side of Cedar Rapids. The Restaurant is for dine in and take out. Comfortable atmosphere and very calm. The staff were very friendly and welcoming with smiles. If u haven't been here, take my word for it...its good!! Prices are very nice for the food and service u get. Check em out. You'll be glad u came and so will ur taste buds. Great Job Joensy's!!

    LOVED THIS PLACE!!! The food was good! Service was excellent. Prices were reasonable. I always make it a point to eat there when I am home in Iowa.

    Called in 2 dinners and an appetizer, was done within 10 minutes AND was still warm when I got it home. ???????? 1st time eating there and definitely won't be last

    Joensy's is one of my first stops any time I visit Cedar Rapids. This is the quintessential Iowa Frid pork tenderloin. I'm sure everything else is good, but I've never gotten anything other than the tenderloin.

    Very good tenderloins. One of the best in the state. Staff are very friendly and helpful. You got to try it with cheese and with cheese curds. Only complaint is have I wish they had cheddar for the tenderloins. If you are in the area it's a place where you got to go!
