LP - Street Food

I love places with a more refined menu. It has enough choices to avoid second guessing your pick but peaking your interest to return and try something else.

We enjoyed a bottle of cab and, Olive Garden take note, the glasses were crystal clear and made for a pleasant drinking experience.

The street tacos were really tasty with fresh ingredients adding great flavor and add on the black bean salad which really pulled it together. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned. I thought the chorizo would really overpower them but it was perfectly balanced.

Poutine was the reason we chose the LP as my sister has had this and really enjoyed it. The only thing that I was told was wrong is the tots should be fries. Personally I love tots and the dish was perfect! Maybe more meat? But who wouldn't want more meat.

The atmosphere is great with music playing and a good amount of space between the kitchen and floor allowing a conversation to be had without having to yell. The staff is really friendly and attentive.

Maybe add a few more wine options but other than that, it's a perfect spot with a very reasonable priced menu.

The oysters came with 3 unique sauces. It is probably the most delicious food I have put in my mouth in the city of Cedar Rapids.
1/2 price bottle of wine on Thursdays is a bonus!!

Staff and food, always amazing! Atmosphere very welcoming. Owners very friendly and always on hand working. One of my favorite places to dine.

Stopped here for lunch today and it blew away my hopes and dreams. I had the tacos and friend had chili dog. Both were delicious, and speedy delivery! As a bonus, they let me bring my dog on the patio and brought him some water. Will definitely be back soon! A++

Atmosphere is cool! Food is good and a neat theme, but just would like to see a few more options... Nice place though and nice staff too!
