    usually I love noodles &co and have never had any other problems at this location, but tonight they were understaffed. my order got mixed up with someone else's, and I ended up waiting almost an hour for some mac n cheese. once I finally got my food, it was fine. good thing I wasn't in a hurry! (just very hungry by the end)!

    Love the food and price. The online ordering system doesn't allow for much special instruction though. But in restaurant they are very accommodating.

    Excellent customer service! I have a lot of allergy restrictions and the staff went above and beyond to help me find a delicious meal. Very impressed and will definitely be back!
