“Our first visit, after the lunch rush on a Thursday. Creative food offerings. I had the harvest salad with roasted beets, blistered green beans, almonds and pickled peaches on a bed of greens. It's a nice combination, but I think it would have been improved with some chevre to mellow the pickle. Hubby had BBQ bacon burger & said it was tasty. We drank water, but the drink menu & beer list were interesting. $26 for lunch might seem pricey, but the atmosphere and menu are worth it.”

“This was our first time dining at The Edison. We were pleased with the selection of drinks, appetizers, and entrees. My wife and I shared crab cakes and agreed that the recipe and prep was spot on. The outer crusting had just the right amount of crispiness and the inside was thick, moist, and full of goodness. The cilantro lime chili sauce nicely enveloped the crab cake flavors. There was little wait between the appetizer and entrees. I ordered the Edison Burger, requesting it be grilled rare. The burger sports bacon, mushroom, Havarti cheese, and a homemade onion jam. This is a burger I would go back to as the ingredients all pull together well. I thought the last bite was as good as the first. I like their French fry rendition. They are the right thickness to where you’re not picking through soggy or burnt fries that I’ve found at other pubs. The staff were friendly and perceptive. We felt welcomed and never had to wait long for drink refills, special requests, or our bill. All in all, we enjoyed our meals.”

“This is a place that you can go to get interesting frozen yogurt flavors. They have a wide selection of yogurts, cup sizes, and toppings. Some of the popular toppings are gummies, crushed cookies, boba tea balls, sprinkles, crushed candy bars, mini brownies, cookie dough, cherries, oranges, chocolate sauce, Carmel sauce, whipped cream, and hot fudge sauce. At the end of the assembly line they weigh your ice cream and the cost is based off of how heavy it is. There's limited parking and seating.”

“Need a *complete dinner for a large family*? This place has *plenty* of delicious and *well-priced* Italian options. Don't take my word for it, go look up their menu. It proves itself. If you didn't like spaghetti growing up, this place can make you change your mind. But get those humongous meatballs that are practically the size of your fist for only $0.79 each, 2 or 3 should do it for you. Get some cheese and extra sauce if you like it. Salad, garlic bread. They sell stuff as a to-go package, a complete meal kit. They have a 16" gondola sub for like $7. It won't break any records but it complements a meal for some crazy reason. And you know what, their pizza is really good too, and I've tried most pizza places. These guys are fancier with their pizzas for about the same price as anywhere else. “this place is a staple of Marion, this is the pizza place you bring your family that you actually like. they make a good pie a premium pie. and they charge for it, the pizza by the slice deal at lunch is probably the best way to try the pizza because then you get a sense of the style. sauce is good. Deep dish is a Chicago style. Minus a point purely on price. I'm not saying Pizza should be at a Little Caesars price point, I'm just saying in no world should a medium 3 topping Pizza in Iowa cost more than 25. It is good tho.”
