Wendy's

Generally I like Wendy's, however this location isn't that great. The drink machine is hit or miss as it likes to restart randomly, and you're probably not going to get what you ordered if they are busy. When the place is slow, food comes out correctly, but if they are even a little busy, it's a mess.

The drive-thru was very slow and we could barely hear the attendant on the intercom. It also appeared that the attendant & other employees weren't in any big rush to get my order done and out to me, along with customers ahead of me. But my burger was good, but my fries were old and cold. They were chewy.

Love their frosty's! They have good burgers too and we tried the bacon cheese fries? I think that's what they were called anyway they were delicious messy but delish!

Wendy’s food is decent. The Wendy’s in Marshalltown needs to learn how to give people the correct sauce. When people ask for sauce they usually need about TWO!!! Once thing of sauce isn’t enough for my 10 nuggets and fries. And when I ask for extra that means give me a few more not one!!!! Also when I say plain that means no mayo!
