    We've tried 6 times to get a really good creme filled vanilla creme donut. 6 times dry, and minimal cream filled. Disappointing. Done trying.

    I ordered two donuts through the On-The-Go app this afternoon and accidentally, somehow, redeemed my free drink reward without ordering one. The staff were very understanding and advised that the app was down which may have caused the glitch. They graciously honored my free drink reward even though we weren't 100% sure I had one to begin with. I am very appreciative and have always have great experiences at Dunkin in Muscatine. Thank you!

    Everyone working here always seems to have a smile on their face and are asking some of the best actors and actresses I've encountered. They are so personable and professional while still being able to relate to their customers in an individual basis. They have the ability to completely shift their personalities from guest to guest.
