    El Tio Nachos is switching management soon so maybe this will require an update later. As of right now though the tacos are fantastic and the rice is always tasty. There's something about simple Mexican food that hits the spot and El Tio Nachos does just that. I'd say I've gotten their food 10+ times and it's always been delicious. My fiancée orders on a regular basis without me being present and she's never had a complaint. Consistently delicious food.

    Nifty little Mexican restaurant. A bit on the 'rustic' side but very good food. Run by an older couple. Casual and fairly quiet. Service is good but not fast food. Sit and soak up the ambiance! ;) If you are in a hurry go to the robot Mikey-Dee's down the road. Otherwise slow down and enjoy the food.
    Just a short drive off Hwy 60 into Sibley. Worth the detour. Apparently, they do accept credit cards but I suspect they appreciate cash.

    Great food! Have eaten there many times for several years and have never been disappointed. They do not take a card so bring cash and don't be in a hurry. It's just a Mom & Pop operation but it will be well worth the wait.

    Excellent traditional style Mexican food served by a local family owned restaurant. We are from Oklahoma and are visiting friends here in Sibley. So we have come several times and been pleased.
