D'Leon's Taco Rico

Good mix between authentic Mexican and your adv at home taco night. Very large diverse menu and welcoming customer service. The drive thru is a obstical corse but atleast they have one 👍🏻

I've been here a couple of times for lunch and dinner. The food was great each time, and so was the service. I have had great luck when it comes to arriving at a good time. If several vehicles arrive at the same time, then it can be a bit like Runza on West Broadway, where vehicles might stack up on the road while the orders are processed. I can't say enough good things about the birria here. Be sure to get napkins.

D'Leon's has only been open one day, and there was a huge line of people wanting to try their food. They obviously have a reputation for amazing food, and it truly is. We ordered the super nachos which are up there with the top nachos we have tried anywhere in the Omaha metro area. My wife got the chicken enchilada, and she told me it was "superb!" I got the carne asada steak taco, which I am absolutely getting again and again. $0.99 beef or shredded chicken tacos on Tuesdays are an amazing deal, and the combination of all of the above have led my family to possibly making this a weekly restaurant visit. So glad to have this fine restaurant in Council Bluffs Iowa...and I look forward to visiting one morning in the next week to getting one of their very delicious looking breakfast burritos.
