Laid back atmosphere, friendly helpful staff, and delicious food.

I had the moose burger, it was the best burger I have had in a long time. It's big, really big and messy but absolutely delicious. I could barely finish it. Also the best waffles I have had...ever. They also have some large definitely tables that accommodated my extended family. I recommend eating here.

Had never eaten here before until just the other day. They have a unique presentation on the inside of their restaurant. The staff were all super friendly. To top it off, the food was absolutely delicious. Very glad we stopped here for lunch and didn’t go somewhere else. If you want fast service and great food, The Buck Snort is the place for you.

This place is amazing! I'm actually writing this as I'm sitting here waiting for my bread pudding. I had the Swamp Donkey burger and it was the best burger I've had in a few years. My wife had the tenderloin and it was phenomenal too. The two ladies working were both great help since we've never been here. Will definitely be coming back again.

Came here after finishing business nearby to kill some time. Staff was awesome and I had a couple beers and their really good Waffle Fries. When my Wife joined me we stayed for dinner. She had the Buck Snort Club with Doe Poppers while I had the Chicken Cordon Bleu Deluxe Sandwich with Mac & Cheese. Awesome food! And I loved watching them send orders back to the kitchen. They use a Zipline! Very cool touch. We will return.

Visited the one in Nebraska City and had to come to the one in Council Bluffs . The food and atmosphere is fabulous. The staff is friendly and the way they get your order to the kitchen is fun (you have to see first yourself!). Buck Snort is worth the drive.
