    Always good food and friendly service. They also serve chili in the summer. Awesome!

    Love this deli. The food here is top-notch and the people that work here are very friendly. We live in Des Moines, so we are only in the QC about 5-6 times a year, but I make it a point to hit Downtown Deli whenever I am in town. My recommendation is to get a Poor Boy sandwich with a pretzel bun and some Chicken Tortilla soup. It honestly is the best CT soup I have ever had anywhere.
