Fuji & Pho Cafe

Good sushi, slightly loosely packed but fresh. Nice ambience. Male waiter rather serious but good but not as endearing as Japanese waitresses at Red Ginger. Choice of soup or salad...not both. Only one drink refill. Lunch offers same as Red Ginger price wise. No Wifi.

Admittedly I'm originally still missing Riefes from that location. But I saw Fuji and was very interested. I'm happy we tried it!! Nice decor, delicious sushi, yummy boba tea and friendly service. I'd have done 5 stars but the bathrooms are a little rough but at least serviceable. I guess since the rest looked so I expected more. I imagine they'll do more later. Worth going! I'll be back when in town.

We went with a large group for lunch and they were able to accommodate us- even remembered which couples were on ticket. I had the tempura shrimp which was lightly coated, succulent and hot. It included tempura veggies too. I should have ordered the small portion. Service was excellent. Try the sushi sampler. The crab ragu was crisp and had a nice spicy sweet sauce.

Lovely restaurant, very clean and nicely decorated. Service was excellent. Food was put of this world - best hibachi we have ever had and very reasonably priced, too. We will definitely be returning soon.
