Steak 'n Shake

Our server was very pleasent, and the food was delicious. Our shakes and food came very quickly which was very nice as I did see the table behind us have to wait longer to receive their shakes.
If I rated this experience only on staff and food it would be a 5 star.
However, I would really like to see management come in after hours with a select staff who wants extra hours at VERY good pay and do a deep cleaning of the walls, floors, windows, booths, and all the little nooks and crannies. Grease in a place like this is going to happen and staff try to clean as best then can before turning a table and closing up after a long day but something extra is needed to get the build up cleaned.

The Burger's are awesome and I love their French fries. Service was good. Wish they had steak and shakes in the northeast as I can only enjoy them when I travel.

It was 6/11 at 11:30 pm and I went to this location and had the best burger, however the service was trash. The African American manager on duty looked at me several times while my wife and I was at the register waiting to pay & he never addressed us. The restaurant was not busy and the drive-in was moderately busy. He eventually got one of his messy lackies to come over and take my money with his greasy hands. I expected better from a guy who stood out wearing slacks and a dress shirt. Gotta do better

Good food. GREAT server.
Ate in on a busy Saturday night. 7pm dinner rush.
Patrick was great; in the midst of a packed dining room he managed to provide great service. Thank you very much sir!
