Bruegger's Bagels

New customer. Yummy bagel but lacking customer service, bordered on rude. Watching guy put cream cheese I asked for "just a little more" instead of communicating with me he doubles the amount(I threw most of it away, was waaaaay too much & discusting) and tells the cashier "double cheese" I'm standing right in front of him,is it unreasonable to ask the customer if this is what they want? He never looks up from his workstation much less make eye contact with me, was like i was bothersome for him. I was the 1st customer of the day, good luck to the rest of his customers.

Delicious food. Service seems to have gotten faster. The 60 cent extra bagels however do seem lackluster, extra money but flat as a pancake.

I love this place. Don’t have it where I live and it torments me every day. If you have a Brueggers near you, count your blessings.

Had amazing food, gal at the counter could have been more courteous and patient. Saw her be pretty short with everybody she served, myself included. Hoping it was just a bad day =/

The bagels and cream cheeses are the absolute BEST I’ve ever had, Nothing compares. However, newer employees that have been hired recently are VERY rude and have no class at handling customers. It’s very disappointing that a place with such good food and business allows employees to give an attitude to regular, well paying customers. Very poor in the service sense. Some employees even seem annoyed you interrupted their conversation with other employees. Sad.
