    Yum! Lots of Gluten Free to choose from. Bowls, burritos, wraps, bowls for lunch/dinner and a seperate breakfast menu. Made to order, they can add and take out ingredients. Eat in or take it to go.

    Good place, good food. Wish they offered different sizes in smoothies. Managers are awesome. Knowledgeable in their products, I always ask what do you recommend when I go someplace new, Liz recommend a few things, ordered a salad with extra steak and it was Delicious.

    If you’re looking for a quick healthy start to the day or a simple healthy kickoff to your afternoon. Here’s your perfect place! Very good food and friendly staff. Have to try the frozen Kefir!

    The food was really good!! Staff were very friendly!! It's really great to have a healthy quick service food option in Bettendorf!!! And the location is outstanding as well.

    My coworker and I went for the first time and absolutely loved it. The food has great flavor and We will return. We were Very happy! :)
