I hate giving negative reviews but in the dozen or so times we have been in the restaurant only maybe twice did we have acceptable service. We keep trying to give it chances because if you get the food hot it's usually pretty good and pretty consistent. It seems like the servers are poorly trained and often understaffed.

Although we had a long wait for our food, when we asked for a manager one was immediately available. She took a lot of time to listen to our concerns and ask how she could make things right for us. She was also very knowledgeable about other happy joes locations, we were from out of town, in our area. The business is going under a restructuring, we would definitely go back.

Gave this place another try and was extremely surprised! While they were short staffed on wait staff for a short time, they communicated this well, and still were quick on the turn around to get food. The food was delicious and the wait staff did awesome! Will be back for sure!
