Hands down best breakfast! We stopped here on our way from Virginia to Colorado and will definitely make another stop on our way home!!

Breakfast was hot, fresh and as always delicious. Really too too much to eat at one breakfast table. We will be eating for two meals today. Glad to come back to Harlan for this great restaurant.

Beautiful place tucked in a nostalgic town square in downtown Harlan Iowa. Fantastic service combined with outstanding food in a fun place made for an incredible breakfast experience. The breakfast burrito was incredible with spicy mayo added for a kick. The corned beef hash was delicious, thick slices of corned beef over crispy hash browns, over easy eggs and thick eye bread for toast. We opted for the special, lemon blueberry french toast and we were shocked by the size of the portion when it arrived at the table. Thick slices of toast cooked to perfection with a fresh lemon flavor perfectly balanced with the thick pour of homemade blueberry sauce layered in between. Can't wait to go back and have lunch!

So yummy! Portions were huge!! My two teenage sons could not finish their pancakes! Which is really unusual, they are bottomless pits. A large cinnamon roll was devoured by our youngest boy, and cinnamon french toast by our daughter. My husband got the breakfast burrito and I stole half, the spicy mayo in it was perfect!
