Jethro's BBQ Steak n' Chop

We rented a back party room for a private event. The room was set up comfortably for 50 or so guest. The finger-type appetizers was good, and the bar service was friendly and helpful.

I will go ahead and get a 1/2 brisket 1/2 turkey with a side of sweet potato fries to go please. And whatever she's having too.

And I will have the brisket sandwich with the cyclone baked potato please. Yes I know there is an upcharge. That is fine. Can I also get a couple extra sides of ranch and sour cream also.

Best mashed potatoes and gravy! With there was way more of them. ????
I loved the stuffed pork chop.
Very spicy Jalapeno Creamed Corn.
Interesting BBQ sauce choices, and many to choose from.
The boneless wings were not really my thing, as they are literally deboned wings (so basically fried fat & skin with odd texture).
The Jethro is huge and yummy batter on the pork tenderloin!

Had a great lunch here last month around the 4th of July. Got in right when it opened and that was fortunate because the place filled up fast.

The BBQ was great and didn't need any sauce at all. I think the sides were great too. It was awesome to have so many sauces on the table to try with our fries.

Would definitely recommend. Next time I am taking the challenge!
