What a great meal, service and experience! The staff was amazing! Chris welcomed us with a smile in his eyes, Holly was an amazing server and attentive to our every need and Sade...the cook...I honestly haven’t had a better burger! Everything was HOT and fresh and very well done and quick! Best experience we’ve had at Perkins...ever!!! #GoCUBSGo!

Good food, service and social distancing in place!

The waitress that we had was Wendy, she's a great person, very personable, treated us like we have been friends forever, and messed around, got everything done right, and got it all done quickly. Food was good, as usual at a Perkins, but it was a good feeling.
They are observing masks, and social distancing. Good to see in small towns also.

We were visiting from out of town and had an issue with our door dash delivery, as we suspected the driver forgot a bag (half our order) despite pre-paying a great tip to the driver. We tried to contact door dash to see if they could just get the driver to check her car, but had a negative experience with their call center. We contacted the Perkins Restaurant and the woman who answered and the manager, Rob, exceeded our expectations on resolving the error. Rob personally delivered our food. The Perkins' team were very professional, friendly and courteous. Rob definitely made our day and even refused a tip, even though I am positive the error was on the dasher. Manager Rob and his staff member gave some of the best customer service I have seen in a very long time.

Our food was delivered hot and fresh by Rob and we had a wonderful breakfast in our hotel before starting our day. Definitely a great experience because of Rob and his great staff member.

We stopped in on Saturday and were greeted right at the door, they were a little busy so we had to stand there for a short time, but every employee that walked by acknowledged us and assured us someone would be by to help us which I really appreciated. Our server was Sarah and she was the best. We didn't have to ask for anything! She talked and joked around with our kids every time she walked by us. Our food came out quickly and tasted amazing. The host came by to make sure we were satisfied. All in all it was a pleasant experience. We will definitely be returning again.
