    Longest lines in Fort Dodge and service is very prompt. Crew on drive thru window are friendly, courteous and eager to give good customer service.

    I pulled in and the drive thru line was the longest line I've ever seen at Wendy's. About 5 minutes through my wait I looked behind me and seen the line was all the way to the street. Another 4 minutes passed and I was on the road again. They had exceptional success with getting customers taken care of in a timely manner. I dont think any other fast food restaurant could have handled that surge in customers as quickly as Wendy's did.
