    I’ve had their rack of pork at several events and they nailed it! Plus the staff is super friendly!

    We had U2 cater our wedding reception and couldn’t have been more happy with it! The food was amazing, and we received tons of compliments about our food choices from guests all night. The staff was friendly, and took care of everything food related! Would highly recommend!

    We had a plated meal for 300. The food was hot and delicious. Doug knows what he is doing.

    We had U-2 BBQ cater our wedding and we are so glad we did! The food was so good, and we got so many compliments! We would definitely recommend the rack of pork and the baby red potatoes- SO GOOD! It isn't often guests rave about buffet wedding food, but we had so many tell us how good it was! The staff was excellent. They served the head table and did an excellent job. So happy we chose U-2 BBQ for our wedding day. Thanks so much!

    Had these guys for our wedding. I would recommend using u-2 just for how good the staff is. When you add the food in it knocks it out of the park. It is the best food I have ever had. Thank you for helping make our day special.
