Toppling Goliath Brewing Co

Stopped here traveling for work. Huge locations. There is a lot of seating and very beautiful setup. Good selection of beers. I had the meat lover pizza definitely enjoyable thin crust tons of toppings. Definitely stop here to get some food and try the beer.

Toppling Goliath is to your average brewery as a Cadillac is to a Kia. That is to say, everything is bigger, better, nicer, and obeys the law of "you get what you pay for". There's a ton of indoor seating and plenty outdoors too. They have a great selection of beers (as you would expect), including some really premium, high end stuff, like Assassin. They know how to cook, too; I had a Meat Lover's Pizza that would compete with anything a pizza chain could put together. All things considered, I expected to find "that beer", the one that I just can't live without, but that didn't happen. Taste is a very individual thing.

In area and had to stop and check out the beer selection. Only a few are available back home. They brew a lot of different styles and all we tried were very good. Service was excellent and she answered all the questions we asked about the beers. Did not eat, but the food that was ordered by others looked very good.
Update - stopped in for growler and lunch. Burgers were outstanding and service excellent.

The beer was solid, the food was ok. We wished the menu would have described the beer better so we knew what we were ordering. I enjoyed everything I had, but it was all a surprise. There were a lot of people in attendance, so obviously this is a really popular place. We were happy with the service, but it felt a little more impersonal, as in a destination to go to and not a local place to hang out necessarily.

After years of wanting to visit Toppling Goliath we got the chance this past weekend. Our overall experience was all I could have hoped for. I introduced a few friends to TG Brews this weekend, everyone found a beer they just loved. The staff was friendly and the food was great. I can’t wait to go back. Beautiful building in a beautiful town with so much to offer. Go now and go often!!!
