Absolutely loved their vegan 🍔 had so much flavors all the toppings were on point had fried jalapenos to die for and bottomless 🍟 drooling!!! Thanks to the hubs for this 20 year dinner date with a couple of tasty drinks to wash it all down .

Always have good food and service but this time tried to call in an order and it's so frustrating dealing with automated phone systems. They make it way more difficult than it needs to be. Should be able to call and get ahold of someone and place an order in a few minutes. Not spend 5 minutes messing around with a automated system only to get disconnected before you're finished ordering. Just venting a little about a frustrating process for a simple procedure.

Almost same great experience I remember as a kid. Their milkshakes are watered down compared to when they first opened, but would still go again. Excellent service!

Struggled to get anyone to acknowledge that we were there and need to be seated. Restaurant had very few people dining. Our food was "fine", but a lackluster dining experience at best. Our tab, consisting of 2 burgers, an order of onion rings and a cup of coffee was nearly $50 after a modest tip. I likely won't be going back any time soon as there are so many restaurants in the city that offer much more for much less.
