“The Cajun Salmon was perfect and delicious. My son's meal was excellent too. The wait staff was great. The waitress was having a tough night personally but powered though it and didn't miss a beat on our orders. I gave her a 100% tip off the bill. Positive experience. Lifelong fan of Perkins. Love the variety on their menus. Plus, they have orange soda! Not every restaurant does, so that's a win in my book.”

However, a elderly man made a comment to me about my kids that was very rude and uncalled for. My kids didn't bother him or anybody else. The staff likes kids but apparently the older patrons DO NOT. My kids weren't angels but they weren't bad. Just a grumpy old man ruined my experience there. Hope to return but probably not for lunch on Fridays.”

“I've been a fan of Big Apple Bagels for many years. Whenever I'm in town my family makes sure to stop and have a bagel or two at Judy's Big Apple Bagels. We have never been disappointed. The staff at Big Apple is always very welcoming and their food is fantastic. I love their Apple Pie Jumbo Muffins. Great coffee too.”

“I wasn’t going to write a review until a saw some unfair negative reviews. The food is good, and I’ve never had a problem with the staff there. I feel like whenever I see negative reviews about customer service, but I haven’t ever had an issue when eating there, that there’s a good chance that the customer was the problem. The malls rent is also expensive and to keep up they probably had to raise prices. Most likely not their fault.”

This time my sister's drink was awful and my order was wrong. She took one sip and brought it back up to ask for a tea instead because it was made horribly. The lady said they could remake the drink, but clearly they couldn't make it right the first time. My sister was very polite about it, but the employees were rude. Hayleigh, if that was her name, and the blonde with long hair were whispering to each other and shaking their heads. Very poor customer service. We were visibly upset at this point because we could have been extremely rude. I am from Michigan, but my sister lives here. I will never come to this one again. Awful customer service. Lazy, childish employees. Update: went there today and the staff was very pleasant. Seems like they got a new batch of employees.”
