Pete's Steak House

I have been to Petes on multiple occasions and have had multiple different things. As a long time customer I would give petes a 3/5 due to the mixed customer service and food portions. Me and my friend ordered one fish and chips and one dr.pepper and a water, it was 17$ after tax. It came with a surprising amount of one sad looking half fried fish. Very small portion.
If it didn't come with a side salad I would have complained. I have also had the country fried chicken, it is frozen and then fried, I have also had the nutty buddy, I would give this burger a 5/5. I have also had the gyros, personally a 1/5 but that would be my personal tastes. I have had the beef Manhatten and it's unique but ultimately the flavors don't match to well and its a bit bland. My customer service each time was about 3/10. Hard to get refills and hard to find your server when you would like to pay.

This is one of those restaurants where they do everything, from pizza to gyros to Italian food, and do it pretty well. I especially recommend the Cajun chicken pasta, which is, in my opinion, the star of the menu. Service is friendly, but slow; allow extra time, especially when they are busy.

It had a nice atmosphere. The wait staff was ok, but they forgot to bring out 2 salads and silverware. We ordered wings and jalapeno poppers as appetizers. The poppers were good, but the wings not so much. I ordered a ribeye steak with a baked potato. It was cooked well, but it was a Denny's quality steak. My wife ordered the gyro platter. It did not taste fresh. My daughter ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. She enjoyed it. My niece ordered the 911 burger. It was one of the best looking dishes on our table. She also enjoyed it. I think next time we visit we'll order burgers.
