Gambino's Pizza

I put in an order for delivery tonight. My cell reception was bad and cutting in and out. We the delivery driver showed up he had my pizzas, but not my pepperoni rolls. I asked him about them and he showed me my receipt and they were not on there. Mistakes happen and I did not pay for them. The pizza he brought was fresh and hot. I paid, tipped the driver And wished him a good evening. My family and I sat down and started eating our dinner. While eating out doorbell rang. It was the delivery driver again. Just that quick he drove to Gambino's and back to drop off a fresh box of pepperoni rolls at no charge, then apologized for the mix up. This kind of customer service is rare and the Andover Gambino’s has a happy and loyal customer. Thank you Jana, the pizza and the pepperoni rolls were great.

Good service, solid pizza. They always ask if we want anything added to the buffet. Good for a quick lunch.

Restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Didn’t have much interaction with the staff since it was during buffet time. Pizza was pretty good, could have used a little more variety.
