Wonderful food made from scratch. Large portions. Not strictly Italian food. Don’t let the empty parking lot discourage you. Service is excellent.

Excellent Italian food.. Oh the bread before dinner is how it's supposed to be. Nice atmosphere. Just traveling thru and next time thru I will stop again.

The best Italian food I have eaten since I lived in Italy! Angie is the co-owner with her husband. It is one of those restaurants that don't look special on the outside,, but stepping through the doorway was like traveling to my landladies apartment in Italy. You walk in and immediately feel not like a customer, but an invited guest and we left feeling like a part of the family. Going back tomorrow to have my in laws experience it!!

This place is not an eye catcher at first, it is an older building, but for me growing up in a family ran restaurant it seems very much like a home cooked meal. Way better than any “fast food”. Decor is older, but the food is authentic, hot, fresh and good. My mom, daughter, grandson and I were the only ones there for a late lunch and the older lady serving us was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Traveling from Oklahoma to mid-Missouri it turned out to be worth the drive off of I-35.

I absolutely love going here to eat! They treat you like an old friend and give you a feeling of belonging, almost like stopping by a family members place for lunch. Very personable service and amazing food. Hot tea, delicious spicy Italian food, and amazing bread is just what we needed on cold days like today!
