Beaumont Hotel & RV Park

Decent little small town..
Stopped in for a quick breakfast before heading out to hike. Food was small town comfort type food, decent knowing that fact. The help was a little off that morning I feel, but that happens to us all.
Building has done cool historical facts and decor.

It is an amazing place to stay.. granted we stayed in their finest suite which has a sun room with a view.. the pictures don't do them justice. (It was still cheaper than some more simple rooms in Wichita.)

It is rustic, quiet. & Clean. Also affordable. The gentleman working down stairs prepping the restaurant even went above and beyond. Helping us when we were leaving behind schedule.

I was wandering thru Kansas alone for a few days when i found the town of Beaumont and its hotel. At that time it was surrounded by motorcycles and those who ride them, gathered with food and live music. The sight was so pleasant after days of solitude. I felt lucky to have breakfast inside and chat with 2 very enjoyable employees, 1 young lady obsessed with horses and 1 fella with an ankle tracker, we talked about life in Kansas vs Florida. Their hospitality felt especially impactful because I was a dirty drifter with the sniffles and no motorcycle. The food was good and quite cheap. The dining room is full of americana.

What a great little spot with so much history! We loved it so much that we added 4 more days to our stay. Quaint hotel, great owners and staff. Peaceful and pleasant. They opened the restaurant on Saturday 7:30-1:30/ 4:30-?and Sunday for breakfast. The food was awesome! My omelette was more than enough and the rib eye was to die for! Watching the planes roll in was fun too. Highly recommended!!! I’ll be making up an excuse to return.

My friends family owns and runs the hotel. And their good people. Have great rooms and food along with lots of history.
