Daisy Mae's Cafe

By far one of the best cafes in this area! Thier food is old fashion home cookin and always fresh!! I have been going here since I was a little kid. The waitress/waiters always wear a smile and go the extra mile for thier customers!!

I have to say the fries were really tasty, as was the club sandwich. My daughter enjoyed the burger. We went back several days later, and the food was just average that day. The prices were reasonable. For it being a non chain restaurant I had higher expectations to see what the locals raved about. Some of the sides are canned. I was hoping for fresh produce at the very least. It's not terrible tasting, just fell short of what I expected. Especially since the mom and pop shops are few in this town. It proves in my two visits that the quality is very hit and miss.
