(July 22, 2020, 10:50 pm)Love Ron's but when the owners are not there the service is not as good...you are not asked if you need help out..and they are talking to each other the whole time they are ringing you up. The store is immaculate and shelfs look great and usually always have what you need

Not only did Ann go above and beyond in the bakery to make our cupcakes amazing - and as always delicious, Samantha graciously answered a ton of my crazy phone and email questions! I was planning my twins' 2nd birthday party in Pittsburg from Kansas City. This team helped make our boys birthday extra special by helping us with not only inflating the balloons for the party but giving us a great deal! I can't say that about another store in town I spoke with. Every single person I, or my family, spoke with at Ron's was so nice and so accommodating! THIS team deserves your patronage!! Way to go Ron's! You not only saved the day, you made it great!! :)
