(May 7, 2019, 7:41 pm)I ate the big tenderloin and I'm happy about that choice. Unlike some other tenderloin places, where the crispy batter falls off on the first bite, this one was huge, and not once did the batter fall off. The Dairy Barn tenderloin batter was pressed into the pork meat so that is unable to fall off. Plus, it was flattened with the precision of a street roller and that offered a pancake-flat result.
Had a basket of fries that I shared with my wife. She had the hamburger. Both of us enjoyed the time we spent at the Dairy Barn and will be coming back next time we pass through St Joe.
