(December 15, 2019, 12:50 am)I was traveling and pulled off in Lawrence specifically to try this place. I honestly haven’t liked a restaurant meal as much as I enjoyed this one, at least not in recent memory. I had the vegan green chili tamale pie and it was fantastic. Very friendly staff, and I had enough left to take home for dinner so the price was reasonable. I will definitely be back to try more food as soon as I can.

(December 13, 2019, 1:36 am)If you're looking for stick-to-your ribs Mexican fusion food, look no further. Absolutely terrific, warm and filling on a cold winter night. Plus it's terrific that they have so many vegan/vegetarian options. I'll save you a couple bucks: the Tamale Pie "Royales" don't seem to be really worth $4 more than the regular tamale pie. Just get your favorite few toppings on that.
