I like this place. One of my favorite bars in Lawrence. Good drinks, reasonable prices. Bartenders are always cool. Quite a few screens so it's a pretty good place to watch a game. They also have trivia nights, which are fun. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they have a pretty limited menu and they don't serve every day per week. I will say that their food is good. Just wish they had more variety.

Crimson & Brews is a non fancy, no frills place but it is also very warm and welcoming. Not pretentious. Not too collegey. A friendly unassuming "hole in the wall" which is comfortable and familiar.

It is a dark Lawrence bar. Not ever crowded. The best thing is to go on Tuesdays. 2.50 any bottle and .50 tacos (i get 8). They also have cheap nachos and margs on special. I haven't liked their margarita ever however.
